Dr. Berline Francis is a hospitalist, or physician that specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Francis practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. She joined the Division in 2025 and currently serves as an Instructor at the Perelman School of Medicine. 

Dr. Francis earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Duke University in North Carolina.
