Kelsey Felter is an Advanced Practice Provider that specializes in treatment of patients within the hospital. Kelsey practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and serves as a Physician Assistant taking care of internal medicine and medical oncology patients.
Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s degree at University of Delaware before getting her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University in Pittsburgh.
Kelsey in her free time enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family and friends, walking her dog Rhae, playing card games, completing puzzles and spending time outdoors.
