Nadia L. Bennett, MD, MSEd

Professor

Dr. Nadia Bennett is a hospitalist, or physician that specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Bennett is the Associate Dean of UME Clinical and Health Systems Sciences Curriculum, Director and Founder of the Interprofessional Hospital Medicine Series, Co-Director of the Internal Medicine Clerkship, Director of Standardized Patient Experience for MD/PhD Students and Director of MD/PhD Clinical Skills Course. She joined UPHS in 2013 and currently serves as a Professor of Clinical Medicine.  Her interests include undergraduate and graduate medical education, curriculum development and the development of clinical reasoning skills.

Dr. Bennett earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland and she completed an Internal Medicine residency at Duke University Medical Center. She also earned her Master’s degree in Medical Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
