Instructor
Dr. Hyeokchan (Steve) Kwon is a hospitalist, or physician that specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Kwon practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He joined the Section in 2022 and currently serves as an Instructor at the Perelman School of Medicine. His interests include Hematology/Oncology. Additionally, he speaks Korean.
Dr. Kwon earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Northwell Residency Program in Internal Medicine at Northshore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
